Broadcasting Price List
30 seconds advertisement: 30sec/time 6 times/hour 8 hours/day RMB 10000 Yuan/week
15 seconds advertisement 10sec/time 9 times/hour 8 hours/day RMB 5000 Yuan/week
1. If the broadcasting time is over than the regulated time, it will charge according to RMB 1 Yuan/second's basic fee. If less than the regulated time, it will charge according to rmb 10000 Yuan/week or 5000 Yuan/week.
2. If the required broadcasting advertisement is less than a week, it charges as the broadcasting times in an hour other standard requirement, the fee is RMB 1 Yuan/ sec
with 10% service charge (rmb 1.1 Yuan/sec), meanwhile the total amount is not less than RMB 5000 Yuan /week.
3. If broadcasting the same version each week, it will take 10% supplementary fee plus the original price.
4. Any designed broadcasting on holiday or the night before, it will need 50% more of the ordinary price. Urgent advertisement within 3 days charge 25% more, in the designated time charge 20% more. (According to the regulation of Advertising Bureau)
5. Anyone who signed the contract with Shanghai Times Square outdoor TV screen, if cancel in 14 days before The broadcasting, should lose all the deposit and 30% of the total fee according to the contract. If cancel in 13 days to the day before broadcasting, all the fund won't be returned.
Regulation of Broadcasting Advertisement
1. Any broadcasting advertisement in this TV screen is transacted according to the regulation of People's Republic of China (Advertisement management regulations and laws)
2. Any broadcasting advertisement should have a permit issued by Advertisement Association of Shanghai and a copy of the company registration license. As to those who lack the above documents, they don't have the right to broadcast.
3. Any drugs and cosmetics special advertisements should not only provide the but also present the copies of documents granted by the government.
4. All the fees for the advertisements should be pain in 5 days before the release of the advertisement.
5. Any special situation arise during the time of broadcasting and need switches, both parts should solve it by negotiation.

Payment Procedures
Cleaning Service Charge: RMB 200/day
All fees are to be settled at least seven days prior to the start of the exhibition.
The deposit should be paid immediately after the application is lodged.
Prior to pay RMB5000 as the venue for the deposit
Terms and Conditions
Exhibition Set-up
1. Exhibition set-up is allowed to commence at 10pm on the eve of the exhibition and must be completed by 8am the following morning.
2. Exhibition break-down should begin at 10pm on the final day of the exhibition and the venue must be restored to a clean and tidy state.
3. The loading dock is located at B/3. Vehicle license numbers must be registered with the Shanghai Times Square Property Management (Shanghai) Co,.Ltd PR and Promotion Department a day before arrival.
4. The name and contact numbers of the person in charge of set-up and loading should also be registered as above.
5. The organiser must apply for working permit cards for all workers from Shanghai Times Square Property Management (Shanghai) Co,.Ltd . Management also has the
right to register workers’ names.
6. Shanghai Times Square Property Management (Shanghai) Co,.Ltd will supply electricity according to the agreement for applications made at least one week in advance. If machinery and electrical technicians are required, the cost will be deducted from the exhibitor’s deposit.
7. If help is required, please contact the Shanghai Times Square Property Management (Shanghai) Co,.Ltd hotline.
8. The organisers or exhibitors are responsible for the security of all goods related to the exhibition.
Temporary Electricity
Standard electricity set-up and fees are included in the exhibition rental fee. If organisers wish to apply for additional temporary electricity use,
they must lodge the following documents at least seven working days before the exhibition.
1. Electricity location lines chart.
2. Total loading of electricity and arrangement of electricity and electrical relocation.
3. Copies of all electrical technicians' licenses.
4. Contact numbers and addresses of persons in charge of the electrical equipment.
5. A completed form and stamped letter of guarantee.

Temporary electrical equipment usage requires prior permission from Shanghai Times Square Property Management (Shanghai) Co,.Ltd . Exhibitors are responsible for charges relating to the temporary electrical arrangement and additional electricity
used.
Unless electrical details are confirmed in advance, Shanghai Times Square Property Management (Shanghai) Co,.Ltd cannot guarantee electrical supply.
Temporary electrical facilities must be connected by registered tradespeople. In the case of faulty electricals, Shanghai Times Square Property Management (Shanghai) Co,.Ltd reserves the right to refuse electricity supply.
