
11. All redemptions are subject to the accumulation of sufficient Reward Point and are finalized by STS. Orders will be cancelled automatically in the event of
insufficient Reward Points.
12. All items featured in the "Monthly Specials" are only available while in stocks. All redeemable items cannot be exchanged for cash and the use of items will be bound by the respective supplying companies. STS is not a supplier of the merchandises, or the products and services redeemed, and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
13. STS is not responsible for lost. damaged or stolen coupons, vouchers or goods redeemed through the Monthly Special.
14. Once a redemption order has been accepted by STS, it cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded regardless of the redemption channel.
15. Dining, entertainment or travel offers will require in-advance reservation to secure space availability. STS will not be responsible for such arrangements.
16. If the "Monthly Specials" are out of stock , STS reserves the right to replace them with alternated offers of goods without prior notice.
17. STS reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions herein and the STS VIP Programme from time to time without prior notice.
18. In case of any disputes arising out of the Programme. the decision of STS shall be final.
19. If there is any differences in this English version of Terms and Conditions to the Chinese version shall prevail.
